The engagement
Define the engagement scope, delivery model, roles and responsibilities, and the boundaries of the promised outcome.
A Founding-Client Offer
Sales and delivery design belong together. Before the first contract is signed, ScaleEnabler can help your firm prepare how the engagement will work, who will do the work and how the client will judge the result.
The commercial promise must be deliverable.
A clear proposition should lead to an agreed scope and a practical delivery model. It should not leave the delivery team to work out later what the client was promised.
The engagement
Define the engagement scope, delivery model, roles and responsibilities, and the boundaries of the promised outcome.
The work plan
Prepare the project plan, implementation plan and transition into delivery, including dependencies and implementation risks.
The people
Prepare the change-management plan and client communication approach so the people affected understand what is changing and what they need to do.
The controls
Address governance, human review, data considerations and security considerations appropriate to the proposed service.
The evidence of success
Define success measures and acceptance criteria, including what will be checked, by whom and at which points in delivery.
The handover
Prepare delivery-readiness material that records decisions, responsibilities, open issues and the agreed next steps.
A proposal may depend on client data, staff participation, access to systems or professional review. Those dependencies affect scope, cost and timing, so they need to inform the commercial conversation.
ScaleEnabler can help your firm make those requirements explicit and agree how the client will participate. Governance and human review should be designed into the work where relevant, rather than added after implementation.
Delivery-readiness and implementation planning can form part of the agreed free pre-sales scope. Carrying out the implementation is the paid phase: ScaleEnabler begins charging when your firm has won the client and implementation work commences.
Implementation fees and commercial terms must be agreed before that work begins. See the commercial model.
Book a 30-minute conversation about your client base, the opportunity and the support your firm needs. Qualification and the pre-sales scope are agreed before we begin.
