OUR VALUE-BASED FEES

We believe clients should primarily pay for the value we help create.

Generative AI fundamentally challenges traditional time-based professional-services economics. If our methodologies, intellectual property and internal AI agents allow ScaleEnabler to solve an important problem faster and more effectively, that should not make the solution less valuable.

Value rather than effort.

We believe clients should mainly pay for the value created, not simply for the hours consumed. When AI and reusable methods help us deliver faster, improve quality, strengthen decision support and solve a meaningful problem more effectively, that speed and leverage are part of what the client is buying.

This is not a claim that every engagement can be perfectly value-priced. It is a practical commercial philosophy: scope and expected value should be agreed as clearly as possible before work begins, with pricing structures that reflect a sensible balance between clarity, risk and commercial reality.

A commercial model aligned to outcomes

Outcomes rather than hours

We want commercial structures to reflect value creation and business outcomes rather than just elapsed effort.

Fixed and project-based pricing

Where appropriate, we use clear project packages and fixed scopes to reduce uncertainty for the client and provide better commercial clarity.

Understandable fees early

Clients should understand the basis of the fee before the work begins, with the important commercial parameters set out as clearly as practical.

AI productivity is not free

Productivity gains created by AI do not automatically mean we reduce fees to the same size as the original effort. The underlying IP, methods and AI capability are part of the business value being delivered.

Shared benefit, sensible economics

AI can allow faster execution, greater consistency and stronger delivery with less avoidable effort. That is valuable for the client. It also creates value for ScaleEnabler, because we invest in methods, IP and AI capability that improve our effectiveness over time.

The aim is not aggressive pricing or a hard-sell approach. The aim is a fair and understandable commercial model rooted in the value being created and the investment required to create it.
