ScaleEnabler is built around practical delivery, and I am still very much at the centre of it. I am the founder, the lead thinker, the primary relationship partner and the person who keeps the strategic work moving.
But I am not trying to pretend this is a one-person business. ScaleEnabler is increasingly leveraged by an internal family of AI agents that work alongside me every day. They help with research, analysis, drafting, modelling, testing, documentation, solution design, development support, quality checking and implementation support.
By my own reckoning, I am at least 100 times more productive than I was before Generative AI came into being. That is not a scientific statistic. It is simply my experience of being able to think faster, move faster and do more useful work with a serious set of AI supports around me.

ScaleEnabler is not intended to remain a one-person business. As the company grows, it will bring in more people with complementary expertise, specialist skills, associates and partners where appropriate.
The future team will combine human expertise, judgement, relationships, specialist skills and creativity with AI speed, analytical capacity, scale, persistence and complementary agent capabilities. That is a better combination than either humans or AI alone.
The important point is simple: AI creates leverage, but the future of the business is still a team effort. We are building towards a bigger and more capable organisation, not a narrower one.
