The opportunity we are building towards requires more than sophisticated AI. It requires the organisational and technical capability to deliver it repeatedly, reliably and at scale.
Building the leadership capability for the next stage
ScaleEnabler intends to appoint two senior leadership roles by the end of 2026: a Chief Operating Officer and a Chief Technology Officer.
These appointments are part of preparing ScaleEnabler for the next stage of its development — moving from founder-led innovation and prototyping towards a business capable of repeatedly engineering, implementing and supporting sophisticated AI-enabled solutions.
Two connected leadership capabilities
OPERATING CAPABILITY
Chief Operating Officer
This leadership capability will help build the operational model required to scale with discipline and consistency.

Turning methodologies and intellectual property into a scalable operating model
ScaleEnabler’s work is increasingly pointing towards something considerably larger than individual AI agents. The research has identified 294 potential specialised advisory agents across 13 advisory disciplines, including 26 explicitly identified as substantial or complex systems.
The emerging approach is therefore to build reusable architecture, methodologies and engineering capability rather than treat every agent as an independent project. Building the leadership capability is part of that same strategy.
We are communicating what we are building, why it matters and the high-level scale of the opportunity. The detailed implementation methods that make the capability distinctive remain proprietary.
The technology has to scale. The delivery capability has to scale with it.
Our intention is to have both leadership capabilities in place by the end of 2026.
